The William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation works in communities, organizations, and classrooms, in Mississippi and beyond, to support a movement of equity and wholeness as a pathway to ending and transcending all division and discrimination based on differences.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a volunteer or employee with The William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to beginning their service.

Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to The William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation for their review.
