Our Mission

The Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council is dedicated to developing the cultural life in Genesee & Orleans Counties by facilitating the creation, presentation and experience of the arts, heritage and traditions.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a volunteer or employee with the Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to beginning their service.

Volunteer candidates are required to self-pay the $6.95 cost for their background check prior to beginning their service.

Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to the Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council for their review.
