Our Mission

Our mission is to help people find spiritual peace, deepen their wisdom, and manifest compassion. We do this by providing access to the teachings and practices of Soto Zen Buddhism, maintaining a harmonious and welcoming spiritual community, and supporting a vital and sustainable Zen center that will be here for future generations.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a volunteer or employment candidate with Bright Way Zen, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to beginning their service.

Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to Bright Way Zen for their review.
