The Piano Santa Foundation (PSF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and enhancing music education for children in the Portland Metropolitan area. PSF offers a unique program including piano scholarships for students, piano placement grants for community organizations, group performance events, after school group keyboard classes and a music lending library.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a volunteer or employee with the The Piano Santa Foundation (PSF), an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to begining their service.

The Piano Santa Foundation (PSF), as a nonprofit organization, typically incurs the cost of all background checks conducted on our volunteers.
