The Illinois Center for Adoption and Permanency is motivated by the belief that every child deserves a loving family. We take it as our mission to secure and support loving families for children in need of permanent homes.
Background Screening Requirement
In order to be an employee or volunteer with the Illinois Center for Adoption and Permanency (ICAP) ,each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to beginning their employment or volunteer service.
