About Us
The WIC program serves pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children up to 5 years old in low income families. WIC also serves women who have recently lost a pregnancy. WIC provides free, supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support and education and other support services
Background Screening Requirement
In order to be an intern with the PHFE-WIC Dietetic Internship, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to begining their service.
Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to the PHFE-WIC Dietetic Internship for their review.
